Hello! As a kid, math and I had a love/hate relationship, until 6th grade when I met the teacher who inspired me to find the fun in math and I have never looked back. I strive to be that teacher for all of my students, and to show them that math doesn't have to be so scary! I hold an undergraduate degree from Temple University (go Owls!), a master's in teaching from Fordham University, and have been teaching and tutoring middle/high school math in NYC for the last five years. When I'm not trying to convince students that decimals have a point or natural numbers are better for your health, you might find me running a marathon or reading a good book (hopefully not at the same time!).
