Mythili Ketavarapu

I am from California, where I obtained a B.S in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of California, Santa Barbara while minoring in Statistical Sciences. After finishing my undergraduate degree, I moved to NYC where I am currently a PhD candidate studying Computational Biology in NYC at Weill Cornell and MSK. Along my educational journey, I have tutored and mentored whenever an opportunity arose, including teaching sections of an undergraduate genetics course and one on one mentoring students applying to graduate school. I believe teaching is the best way to both share and improve your knowledge, and hope to build confidence and independent thinking in my students!
