Milena

I am a Kindergarten Gifted & Talented teacher with nine years of classroom experience. In my role, I create engaging, hands-on lessons that encourage critical thinking and support the needs of diverse learners. In addition to my work in early childhood, I have experience teaching test preparation for 3rd–5th grade students, helping them strengthen core skills and build confidence in high-stakes testing environments. In 2025, I was honored to be recognized as a Qualified Model Teacher (2025–2028) and was featured in the District 3 Newsletter for my innovative approaches to math instruction. I hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Hunter College, as well as certifications in Early Childhood and Gifted & Talented Education.
