Isabel W

Hi! My name is Isabel, and I’m originally from Great Neck, New York. I’m currently a medical student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and graduated cum laude from Rice University, where I studied Health Sciences and Data Science. I’ve always loved teaching and mentoring and have experience tutoring middle school, high school, and college students in biology, chemistry, math, and general homework help. I especially enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects they find challenging and tailoring my approach to how each student learns best. Outside of tutoring, I have experience in medical research and founded a nonprofit ice skating program for children with disabilities. In my free time, I enjoy figure skating, running, and cafe hopping!
