Elizabeth

Elizabeth holds a BA from Amherst in English Literature and an MA in Education from Harvard. She has taught in Boston, New York, Mexico City and Seoul. After spending many years in the classroom, she left school teaching to privately tutor and train teachers for the City of New York. She is also a playwright and a former fellow of the Soho Rep Theater. She is an avid traveler and loves making all sorts of creative dishes with her farm share veggies and fruits!
