Gali I.

Hi, my name is Gali Isaacson. I’m a teacher at The Dwight School on the Upper West Side with seven years of experience teaching kindergarten, first grade and second grade. I have also tutored students all the way through middle school.  I graduated from American University with a degree in Elementary Education and have worked with children in a variety of settings, including teaching, tutoring, coaching, and babysitting. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, engaging environment where young learners build confidence and strong foundational skills. I’ve always known I wanted to be a teacher, something that showed early on when my bedroom walls were turned into chalkboards!
