In addition to our private tutoring work with individual families, Central Park Tutors provides tutoring and academic support programs to New York City schools, community organizations, and nonprofits. We are here to provide small group classes for your school and in-home or in-school tutoring for students who need support.

Our Track Record With NYC Schools

We have a strong record of improving ELA and Math New York State Test scores through our Spring Intensive Program, and of significantly improving SAT and ACT scores through our in-school programs. We have been hired by Columbia University Teachers College to prepare students in their gifted high school scholars program for college entrance exams and essays.

We have also worked with a wide range of schools and nonprofits throughout the city, including Communlife, Partners With Children, The Harlem Scholarship Program, KIPP, and numerous other institutional programs. These partnerships reflect our commitment to expanding access to great teaching across New York City — not just in the most affluent neighborhoods.
