Ali
Ali earned her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Educational Studies from Colgate University in 2012. After graduation, she spent two years teaching math, science, and Focus (1:1 remediation) at the Winston Preparatory School in Norwalk, Connecticut. In order to pursue a career as a speech-language pathologist, Ali moved to New York City to obtain her M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2016. Since then, she joined Winston Prep NYC's team, where she currently teaches Focus and middle school history. In addition to her background in speech and language disorders, Ali also has ample experience working with middle/high school students with and without learning disabilities across all subject areas. In her free time, she enjoys attending exercise classes, especially spin.
