School Support
We are here to provide small classes for your school and to provide in-home tutoring for students in need of support. We hope you will consider our help for your students!
We have a terrific track record of improving ELA and Math New York State Test scores through our Spring Intensive Program, and we have a record of significantly improving SAT and ACT scores at schools through our in-school program as well.
We have been hired by Columbia University Teachers College to prepare the students in their gifted high school scholars program for college-entrance exams and essays, and we have worked with a whole host of schools and non-profits throughout the city – including the institutional programs Communlife, Partners With Children, The Harlem Scholarship Program, KIPP, and numerous elementary, middle and high schools.
Our tutors are trained teachers, experienced in helping students translate their education into test results they can be proud of. We do it through providing supportive, in-school classes that are laser-focussed on the tests – during extended learning time or other times convenient for the school.
Our literacy experts are Orton-Gillinham based; our homework help teachers are trained and experienced in working with ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, and other learning challenges. Our math and science tutors are experienced classroom teachers who can diagnose the missing fundamentals without over-testing children; and our test-prep tutors know the NY State Tests, Regents Tests, SHSAT, ISEE, SSAT, SAT, ACT, and AP tests inside and out.
We teach both the test-taking strategies that help bolster student scores and the grammar and math fundamentals that undergird true success on standardized tests.
